Zalongo’s debut EP, "I Get Naked To Shit" is a short and powerful snapshot of the band’s first chapter.

It features harrowing yet soaring guitar riffs that hit like a visceral psychedelic whiplash, laid over tribal, earth‑shattering drums and bass.

 

Although the title might hint at something more comedic, the EP instead reveals a vulnerable set of stories and topics like insecurity, shame, the cathartic release of giving in to the universe, and scenes pulled straight from the gutter of homelessness and destitution. 

The album features Anthony Akap on all recorded instruments, composing, editing, and production. A true attack on the senses, with some real moments of resolution and beauty mixed in between, and a whole lot of music to dance, skate, fuck, rob, and die to.
